A 29 year old Florida man was arrested for a 911 phone sex call say Tampa authorities. Joshua Basso, was so in need of phone sex, 911 was the best thing he could come up with. Basso was out of cell minutes so he decided to take a shower with his cell phone, make a perverted call to 911 and “have some fun” as he put it.

Is it just me or do criminals seem to get more and more stupid by the day? But you can’t really blame the guy, he wanted to do his laundry but the washing machine was broke, he wanted to have phone sex but his minutes were all used up. Presumably on 900 numbers; so the next best thing is to make a 911 phone sex call, that number always works.

Basso couldn’t believe it when the cops showed up. Usually when he makes lewd calls to 911 he gives them a fake name and address. (Never mind that they can trace the call, idiot.) When the cops arrived, they asked to see his phone; he was amazed that they knew he had a phone. Psychic cops!

As the police called the number of the phone he had placed the 911 phone sex calls on, he tried to cut the phone off, in front of the cops! He then tried to power down the phone, in front of the cops! Like I said, stupid. He finally admitted to the 911 phone sex call.

The moron was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of making a false call to 911. Phone sex is not a legitimate emergency in case you didn’t know. Hey Joshua, next time call 411, you’ll still get your kicks and you probably won’t be arrested for it.
